Hinge Sky Tracker for Astrophotography allows you to take long time exposures with your camera. Point the hinge pivot joint at the pole and rotate the screw 1 revolution every 48 seconds. Hinge to screw = 8.7”; Screw = 10-32 = .031”/turn; Arcsine .031/8.7 = 0.2 degrees; 360 degrees = 24 hours so 1 degree = 4 min so 0.2 degrees = 48 sec/screw revolution = sidereal rate close enough
